They are grouped in three septenaries, with a conclusion, corresponding to the 22 Hebrew letters of the alphabet.<\/p>\n<h2>First Septenary<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>He beholds God face to face, without dying, and converses familiarly with the seven genii who command the entire celestial army.<\/li>\n<li>He is above all griefs and all fears.<\/li>\n<li>He reigns with all heaven and is served by all hell.<\/li>\n<li>He can neither be surprised by misfortune nor overwhelmed by disasters, nor can he be conquered by his enemies.<\/li>\n<li>He knows the reason of the past, present and future.<\/li>\n<li>He possesses the secret of the resurrection of the dead and the key of immortality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Second Septenary<\/h2>\n<p>He enjoys the privilege &#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To find the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Philosopher's_stone\">Philosopher&#8217;s Stone<\/a><\/li>\n<li>To possess the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Elixir_of_life\">Elixer of Life<\/a><\/li>\n<li>To know the laws of <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Perpetual_motion\">perpetual motion<\/a> and to <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Square_the_circle\">square the circle<\/a><\/li>\n<li>To transmute base metals into gold<\/li>\n<li>To subdue ferocious animals and to paralyse and charm serpents<\/li>\n<li>To possess the <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ars_Notoria\">Ars Notoria<\/a><\/li>\n<li>To speak learnedly on all subjects without preparation or study<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Third Septenary<\/h2>\n<p>The seven least powers are &#8230;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To know at a glance the deep things of the souls of men and the mysteries of the hearts of women<\/li>\n<li>To force Nature to make him free at his pleasure<\/li>\n<li>To foresee all future events which do no depend on a superior free will or an indiscernible cause<\/li>\n<li>To give the most efficacious consolations and the most wholesome counsels<\/li>\n<li>To triumph over adversities<\/li>\n<li>To conquer love and hate<\/li>\n<li>To have the secret of wealth, to be always its master and never its slave.
